To preserve your piece, avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, heat, and harsh chemicals. Handle with care and store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Clean gently with water & gentle soap then dry it after.

We offer free repairs within 30 days of delivery. Both Malaysian and international customers are welcome to use this service, with shipping costs to be covered by the customer.

Each piece is 3D printed, hand-sanded, hand-painted, and hand-embedded. As every creation is finished by hand, slight variations in color, texture, and detailing are natural and make each piece uniquely yours.

All items are made to order and available on a preorder basis. Standard shipping typically takes 14–21 days for both domestic and international orders.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our creations, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs. Approved claims will receive a replacement item.

Items that have been altered or intentionally damaged are not eligible for replacement. Crazy Netizenz reserves the right to decline claims that do not comply with this policy.
